Celebration Of Eid-El-Kabir: Nigerian Government Declares Wednesday And Thursday As Public Holidays to Mark The Celebration.

 Finally, Wednesday, June 28th, and Thursday, June 29th, 2023 has been declared by the Federal Government of Nige as public holidays to mark the celebration of Eid-El-Kabir. This announcement was made by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior Oluwatoyin Akinlade.

In a statement released by the ministry, it expressed warm felicitations to the Muslim Ummah both within the country and in the diaspora. The government urged Muslims and all Nigerians to embrace the spirit of sacrifice for the advancement and development of their communities and the nation.
